Outsourced operations built for the way your family already operates.
A new fund. An existing trust or holding entity. An entire alternatives platform across multiple family branches. We run the operations layer and coordinate the structuring with counsel, at family-office economics.
What we run for family offices
New funds or existing entities
Set up a new vehicle from scratch, or take over operations on an existing entity, trust, or alternatives platform. We meet you where the family already is.
Concierge operations
Named POC, monthly check-ins, white-glove investor onboarding for family members and trustees. Quarterly statements written for humans, not lawyers.
Coordinated, not cookie-cutter
Generational structuring questions (trust holdings, succession, beneficial-owner transfer, cross-border family members) handled in coordination with your tax counsel and ours.
Single-family or multi-family. Both fit.
Single-family office
- ✓Branded SPV for a single co-investment
- ✓Operations layered on an existing trust or holding entity
- ✓Custom waterfall for family members vs. friends-and-family LPs
- ✓Trust-friendly subscription documents
- ✓Generational structuring questions handled with counsel
Multi-family office
- ✓Alts platform across multiple family branches
- ✓Branded vehicles per relationship
- ✓Master fund + feeder for cross-family pooling
- ✓Centralized investor onboarding via the Fundviews platform
- ✓Single engagement covering operations across all families
A note on the 0.25% family-office fee
The 0.25% rate is built for the typical family-office case: a single family of LPs (or a small set of related families), no audit requirement, and a vehicle that's not being marketed broadly to outside investors. If your situation includes a required audit, multiple unrelated investors, or active marketing to outside LPs, we'll size the fee accordingly and tell you on day one.
One conversation. One launch plan.
We'll review the family situation, the asset class, and the jurisdictional considerations. Then a 1-page plan: structure, fees, timeline. No call required.
